Company holiday party hibachi catering
The annual holiday party is the one work event people judge. A hibachi chef gives the team something to watch together instead of a buffet line and a conference room, and it comes with an invoice.
Better than a restaurant back room
The default company holiday party is a booked back room where the team splits into the same four groups it sits in at work. Hibachi does something a restaurant cannot: everybody faces the same direction, watching the same thing, for twenty minutes. It is a genuinely effective icebreaker for teams that do not otherwise mix, and it costs less per head than most December restaurant minimums once you account for a room fee and a bar tab. The chef brings the grill and the propane and cooks in front of the group.
Where we set up for a work party
We cook in office courtyards, parking areas, warehouse bays with the door up, rooftop terraces, and at rented offsite houses — which is the most common December option because it also solves the seating. What we need is a level area about 10 by 10 feet with open air above the grill, or a proper range hood indoors. Building management usually has something to say about open flame, so get that cleared before you book and we will send whatever documentation the property manager asks for.
Invoicing, headcounts and dietary needs
Adults are $55 each, with a $550 event minimum and a flat $50 travel fee for the first 50 miles including tolls. We can invoice the company rather than take a card from whoever organised it — say so when you book. Tofu is a standard protein at no cost for vegetarian attendees, plates can be cooked plain and mild, and we will ask for the vegetarian count in advance so the chef cooks those first on a clean section of the grill. Alcohol is yours to arrange; we do not supply or serve it.
December fills from the top down
The first two weeks of December are the tightest stretch of our corporate calendar and Thursday and Friday evenings go first. Six to eight weeks out is the right lead time for a team of 20 or more, partly because anything over about 25 guests needs a second chef and a second grill and both have to be free on the same night. Call (484) 978-8774 with a date, a headcount and the address and we will confirm what is possible.
Before you book Company holiday party
If you are searching for hibachi catering near me, we publish a local page for 504 towns. A hibachi chef near you is usually closer than the map suggests. The hibachi show — onion volcano, flaming stack, shrimp toss, spatula drums — is included, never an upsell. Hibachi at home is the version where nobody drives, nobody waits for a table and nobody watches a clock. You are booking a private hibachi chef for the evening rather than ordering a delivery. A backyard hibachi setup needs a level area roughly 10 by 10 feet with open air above the grill. This is mobile hibachi catering: the grill, the propane and the food all come on the truck. An in-home hibachi setup under a proper range hood is the fallback whenever the weather is against you. The hibachi grill is a professional flat-top, not a backyard barbecue. Every plate comes with hibachi fried rice, seasoned vegetables, salad and the house sauces. A hibachi party is a meal and a performance inside the same 90 minutes. A hibachi dinner runs about 90 minutes from the chef arriving to a clean station. Pricing does not move for the date: $55 an adult, $30 a child, a $550 event minimum and one flat $50 travel fee for the first 50 miles. Ring (484) 978-8774 and we will hold a chef.

We serve 504 cities and towns with a local page for each one, and occasion pages for 165 of them. Find yours on the Service Areas list, or call (484) 978-8774 and ask which chef covers your address.
